Madonna Vs Blake Lively. Who did it best?

Madonna and Blake wore the same Stella McCartney high boots. Blake prefered to be casual with a shirt and a black blazer, while Madonna chose a metallic blouse that in my opinion, is way too much. So, I have to go with our favourite it girl, Blake.
