Tips I learned while being late!

When you are in EXTREME hurry and you have no time to wash your hair, you can just use a headband which is stylish and hides you hair, or use a dry shampoo (If you don't own any, baby powder will do its work too for oily hair. Just place the powder like you do with the dry shampoo on your head and then comb it out). As for your make up, just add white eyeshadow under your eyebrow and on the inner corner of your eye, mascara, some lip gloss on the lips, and out of the door! Don't forget your keys!!

NOTD and brushes stuff!

Hello lovelies, how are you?
I'm really good as my week has started good too!
I ordered a pair of boots a few weeks ago and they arrived today! Yayy! Unfortunately, because of a problem I will be able to get them tomorrow! I can't wait!
Anyway, on a previous post I told you about a brown nail polish I bought. And yesterday I tried it on and I'm really pleased with it!

It's a cheap polish (I think around 1-2€, or $1-3), so I'm happy to see it is that good! The colour is just like it seems to be in the bottle and it gives it after only one coat (inside light, no flash). I think brown nails are a must for the fall and winter!
Back to the title, I want to tell you a tip on how to clean and store your make up brushes. I saw it on youtube ( on one of Michelle's Phan video ) and I wanted to share with you guys.
To begin with, it's very important to clean your brushes, and especially your concealer brushes. Put some dish washing liquid and olive oil in a dish. Take one brush, put it in the dish and do circles in the liquid so it will go all the way through the brush. Then put the brush on your hand and move it back and forth to make sure it will go everywhere. Wash the brush, place it in a glass and wait for it to dry. Make sure you put it there with the brush down, so the water and the dirt won't go upper in the brush to stay on it or destroy the glue of the brush. You can find brushes guard that protect your brushes while they dry and keep their shape. You can find them *here*
When I shared this idea, many people suggested to use baby shampoo instead of dish washing liquid and olive oil.
So, how is your week so far?
How do you clean your brushes?
Do you have any useful tips and tricks?

H&M scrub quick review-Tottaly satisfied.

I told you the other day about an organic scrub I bought from H&M. And that I was gonna try it and let you know my opinion. Well, my opinion is this: FABULOUS! My skin was so soft and bright. So,let me take it from the start.

The ingredients:
  • Water
  • Apple Juice
  • Cocamidopropyl Betaine
  • Apricot Seed Powder
  • Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate
  • Xanthan Gum
  • Sodium Chloride
  • Citric Acid
  • Sodium Benzoate
  • Potassium Sorbate
  • Benzoic Acid
  • Fragrance
98,5% from natural origin.
10% from Organic Farming

To be honest, I'm not a chemist and I don't know if all these ingredients have something wrong. In a quick search in Google, I saw that they are safe and good for your skin.

I applied it in the shower and it was so nice. After the shower I put on this:

I know it's after sun lotion, but it is the only one that doesn't harm my skin, which is SO sensitive. I bought it from Oriflame last summer. You realise that the combination of the scrub and the lotion was succesful! I was touching my hands all the time!

Something for your hair. Beauty tips, pt.1

Being stupid. The new ad by Diesel! Hilarious, dont you think? It takes two to stupid. Yeah, you and your best friend! Have fun, live, live, laugh! I have to admit, I can be stupid with my boyfriend, too! Well, I can be stupid enough on my own. Anyway, as the title says, time for some beauty tips for your hair! Thank God, my mum is a hairdresser, so I have access to many beautiful beauty products and I can experiment a lot! On a post to come, I will tell you about my favorite products. Well, here I go!

 # It's Friday night. You are out of hairspray and you don't have time, or money, to buy your favorite one. Freak out? No, no, no! You can make your own hairspray wtih things you always have at home. You'll need:
1 lemon. If your hair is dry,you should use an orange instead of lemon.
  2 cups of water
2 teaspoons of liquor. The white one. Not the blue one! (Google translate suggested me to use clean alcohol. I don't even know if this is right)

You put the water in a small pot,cut the lemon and squeeze it. You put the lemon juice in the water and boil it. After a while, half of the water-lemon will have evaporated and you should have a light green liquid. You put the leftover water in a bottle (of course when the water-lemon is cold)-make sure you have something to spray your hair, like this:

You can borrow this from an old sunscreen, or your old hairspray. You put the bottle in the fridge for one day. When you take it out, you add in the bottle two teaspoons of white liquor and your hairspray is ready! It can be used for two weeks without putting it in the fridge. And don't forget! Never put this bottle in the fridge after you have added the liquor.

# Now some natural masks for your hair! You don't have to go to your hairdresser and buy all these expensive products (Sorry mama). Treat your hair with eggs, honey and olive oil.

Masks that nourish your hair:
-You need 5 spoonfuls of olive oil and two eggs. You mix them and you put it in your hair. Cover your hair with a plastic cap or with kitchen plastic wrap for fifteen minutes. Take a shower, wash your hair very well-including shampoo. That's it!Instead of eggs, you can try two spoonfuls of honey and three of olive oil!

Masks for shiny hair:
-Mix the juice of a fresh orange-squeeze it yourself, water, one spoonful of honey and 5-7 of essential oil sandalwood. Put it in your hair in the shower after you have washed your hair (shampoo).  Then mix two eggs with one spoonful of milk and out in your hair. Wait 6 minutes. Wash them. Do you see the sparkle?

Masks for damaged hair:
(If you have damaged hair, first of all you should stop using too many styling products, buy masks, shampoos and conditioners that are suitable for you, and go to your hair dresses immediately! Because no matter what you put on your hair, the damage will be there and only a haircut can take away your poor edges.)
-Melt a banana and mix it with a few drops of almond essential oil. Leave it for about fifteen minutes. Wash your hair with soda. Then wash it again with your shampoo and conditioner.

Posts to come: Homemade conditioners!
